I understand that workshop fees are non-transferable and agree that if I cancel more than 60 days prior to the event, the fee is refundable; if I cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to the event, I will receive half of the payment; and if I cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, the payment is non-refundable.

I agree that if I am showing any signs of symptomatic illness within five days leading up to the event, that it is my responsibility to inform staff as soon as possible, and I understand that if I am unwell, I may be asked to not attend.

I understand that if my intake questionnaire is not complete at least 4 weeks before the workshop, then Band Into Real reserves the right to remove me from the workshop without a refund.

I understand that I must arrive to the workshop no later than 6:30 pm on Thursday night or I forfeit my participation in the entire workshop and do not receive a refund or transfer.

I understand that I may not leave the property during the workshop and still participate in the workshop.

Please note that this is only a deposit. Should a space become available, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. You will have 24 hours to confirm your spot.

In the event that we are unable to accommodate you at the workshop, we will be in touch the week of November 16th to either refund your waitlist deposit or transfer your deposit to the next Radiant Woman CO workshop (Fall 2027). We are unable to transfer you to another region.
